Here’s the long and short of things.
There are a lot of “creative copywriters” out there. I’m not one of them. I don't write ads to win awards, and I don’t rely on the “creative spark” for inspiration. What I do care about is making you money.
There was a time when I dreamed of writing the next big Superbowl commercial in my fancy corner office on Madison Ave., but those days have long since passed. These days I’m much more interested using the time-tested methods honed by copywriting greats like Gary Halbert and John Carlton, and applying them to your business to make you rich.
I’ve been writing copy for over 5 years, sometimes for agencies, sometimes as an in-house writer for companies, and since 2013 I’ve been working as a full-time freelance copywriter. In that time, I’ve worked with dozens of clients ranging from small tech start ups, to large international corporations and everything in between, and my sales copy is responsible for millions of dollars in revenue.
In addition to my adventures in copywriting, I’ve also spent a year in South Korea teaching English, I’ve ridden a motorcycle from the United States to Argentina, and I currently live in Berlin, Germany.
