Once you get in contact with me, I'll send you a quick form to fill out with the details of your project within 24 hours. Then we'll arrange a time to chat on the phone, over Skype, or if you're in Berlin, face-to-face, to iron out the details of your project. Well get to the bottom of what you're tying to accomplish, and plan out what needs to be done, and when it needs to be finished.
Once we're sure that we're a good fit for each other, I'll send you quote as well as a contract for the agreed upon work. I'll also ask for any resources I might need, as well as copywriting examples to reference if you have a specific style in mind. Once the contact is signed, I'll schedule your project, and establish a firm deadline. I also require a 50% down payment on larger projects, and first time clients.
Once I have all the necessary materials, I'll get to work. I'll begin by researching your company, your industry, and your competition. I'll outline the work, and begin writing my first draft which I'll have back to you within the specified timeframe.
Once you receive the first draft, you can make comments, and I'll make revisions if necessary. I don't have a specification on how many revisions are "allowed," we'll continue working on the copy until we're both satisfied, however this typically only requires one round of edits if any.
Let's make it live! We'll implement the copy and watch as your traffic, sales, and customer engagement hit the roof. If applicable, we can split test various options, and refine our decision to optimize the copy as much as possible (we'll discuss this in the initial stage).
Once we're both happy with the result, I'll send the invoice for the remaining balance which is due two weeks after the project is completed. Once it's over, you'll be so happy, that you'll refer me to all your friends, family, and colleagues. Thanks!
